Schweizers Restaurant
The Schweizers Restaurant website brings menu, opening hours and atmosphere to every device.
(01) Challenge
A restaurant in an Art Nouveau house from 1902 needs a website that conveys the atmosphere of the building and gives guests opening hours, directions and reservations at a glance, in German and English.
(02) Solution
We built the website including its content management system, with previews for every page and a search engine preview. The team maintains sections, menus, press and opening hours on its own.
(03) Highlights
It opens with a film from the restaurant and rotating press quotes, which only starts once the page has loaded and shows a still frame until then. Newsletters are created right in the content management system and sent on schedule via DGTL.Newsletter. Structured data for the restaurant, menus and press reviews plus an llms.txt make the site readable for search engines and AI assistants.
