Ticket Scanner App
The Ticket Scanner app is the internal entry tool for Monkey 47 events. Staff use it to scan tickets from the event management system and see live at any time how full each time slot is.
(01) Challenge
At tastings and events with many time slots, entry has to be fast, often at several doors at once. The team needs a tool that checks tickets reliably and shows at a glance who is already in and who is still expected.
(02) Solution
We built the iOS app for the staff at the door and connected it directly to the event management system. It scans each ticket’s QR code, checks it against event and time slot, and admits guests with a single tap.
(03) Highlights
The overview shows live for every time slot how many guests are already in, and updates on all devices at once. Guests can be searched by name, email or ticket, and whole bookings are checked in at once. Duplicate or foreign codes are spotted immediately, together with when and at which entrance a ticket was already used.
